Palanca Mall

The initial prominent Palanca Mall unfortunately succumbed to a fire early 2016. A team of specialists were appointed immediately to investigate the cause and to quantify the damage.

Due to circumstances, the retail architects at SLT were instructed to demolish, design, create earthworks, construct and open the new retail development of 10 500m² as it stands today, within 18 months. SLT Architects took pleasure in making the deadline set out and under budget.

The retail centre comprise of an anchor tenant (supermarket) supported by numerous line shops with ample parking to this busy location. Sufficient spec allowed for future expansion, both to the anchor tenant and national line shops.
