Sitari Fields Mall

This Cape vernacular retail centre will be situated in the new Sitari Fields development, outside Somerset West.
 
Drawing from the historic Cape examples, a complex of spaces with traditional roof shapes is arranged to create a route through a hierarchy of spaces.
 
The arrangement of the three different building forms on the site were further informed by orientation, axis and served vs service spaces.
