Welbedacht Student Housing

Welbedacht is a residential development with compact student apartments in Stellenbosch.

Designed by our talented team of residential architects to create a cohesive, relaxed atmosphere in the university town.

There are approximately 40 two bedroom units with a kitchenette and bathroom. The success of the design was predicated on an exciting dormitory type facility where the average apartment area is under 25m².

Special effort was taken to provide maximum light and best orientation to emphasise spatial quality.

In essence the units appear far larger than they are, and the upper units have the potential, in future, for having attic mezzanines.
